Kingdom Rock Children's Village (KRCV) is a warm and motivating environment to work in. We pride ourselves with living out our motto, Limitless Love and Community, in our care for children, families, and colleagues. “The 1st time I came it was so ‘homey’ here. I absolutely love everybody I work with,” says April Serio, an employee who joined our team a year ago. “I love that we are allowed to show affection to the children, and there’s always opportunities provided for professional development.” Our Christian culture encourages communication and accommodation, rather than drama and resentment among employees. Our growing programs offer opportunities for collaboration and team building.
Our pleasant work environment has lots of natural light in each classroom and spacious common areas for connecting. Currently we have three classrooms, Infant, Toddler and Preschool, and we are working on opening a fourth. We also have a well-equipped Indoor Playground for children for inclement weather days.

Lead Teachers |
Lead Teachers: Required two years’ experience and training in a relevant classroom as a Lead Teacher. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Child Development, and Early Education and Care (EEC) certification or qualification is required. Reports to Program Manager.

- Extensive knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood
- Comfort with expressing and sharing the love of God with children and staff.
- Ability to develop a dynamic, creative, and age-appropriate curriculum to successfully engage children and foster their physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social growth.
- Effective organizational, group planning and leadership skills
- Exercise sound judgement to ensure children’s safety.
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to coordinate ongoing assessments and documentation.
- Ability to design a stimulating accessible and safe classroom environment.
- Ease with developing a good rapport with children, parents, and co-workers.
- Ability to communicate effectively and correspond with families regularly.
- Prepare regular reports, schedules, and lesson plans for classroom team.
- Share in all responsibilities with children, including toileting as needed.
- Be familiar with and execute emergency procedures.
- Account for children in your care at all times
- Update attendance sheet as required throughout the day.
- Update Lillio with relevant activities throughout the day
- Check first aid kits monthly.
- Assisting children with diapering/toileting
